Website Visitor Information
We gather information about all of our website visitors collectively and we use this information anonymously; aggregated with other users’ information, in order to protect your privacy, to compile reports and to help us improve our website.

This is used to note your interest in our website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising and promotional activity. The aggregate logged information is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
Visible Worx values your opinion and comments, so we may from time to time conduct online surveys. Your participation in these surveys is entirely optional. Typically, the information is aggregated and used to make improvements to our website or service offers. Your contribution to any survey will be anonymous unless otherwise stated in the survey.
In some instances; such as when you contact us to enquire about Visible Worx, we may require specific information about you, such as your name, your company, your position, your e-mail address and/or physical location. This information will be used to answer your enquiry effectively and to provide you with the information that you have requested from us.
Newsletter Sign Up
If you opt in to receive a newsletter we will use your email address to keep you up to date with important Visible Worx information or news that may be of interest to you. You have the right to ask us not to process your personal information for marketing purposes. We will only contact you for marketing purposes if you have opted in to receive such communications. You may opt out of receiving these updates at any time by selecting the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails.
Campaign Tracker Membership and Shop
In some instances; such as when you register to use our Campaign Tracker, we may require specific information about you, such as your name, your company, your position, your e-mail address and/or physical location. In our shop we will also collect transaction information which includes details of payments to and from you, and the products you have purchased from us. Usage data includes information about how you use our website. You can cancel your account at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will use this information for some or all of the following reasons:
- To contact you from time to time for Campaign Manager follow up and care, including survey requests to help us improve our service to you.
- To administer ( including data analysis, testing and research ) and improve our website to ensure that our content is presented in the most effective way for you and your computer; tablet or phone.
- To allow you to access our exclusive Campaign Manager website content
- To allow you to participate in interactive features on our website, when you choose to do so
If you send us an email from our Contact Form we may retain your email address and its contents. Your email address is always confidential and used solely for the purposes of supplying the information you have opted to receive, doing business with us and to allow you to access your Campaign Tracker account. We will never sell or lease our email membership database to any third party unless compelled to do so by law.
Embedded content from other websites
We cannot guarantee that the information you send us over the internet is secure however we will take all reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Backups of electronic data are taken regularly, with strong SSL encryption used to protect all content. Under the General Data Protection Regulation ( GDPR ) and Protection of Personal Information Act ( POPIA ) we will only hold personal identifiable information for the maximum retention periods:
- Job Applications and unsuccessful Expert candidates : 6 months
- Marketing enquiries and emails : 6 months
- Financial records : 7 years

You have a right to access the information that we hold about you. To obtain a copy you should email us at email@example.com. We may charge a reasonable fee for this service.
