Point of Sale is a critical element for my team and whilst we have been working with Visible Worx for a period now, I have never been involved directly with yourselves as my team along with others, handle this.

Today a situation arose whereby it became critical that we have move a unit from the George area to Durban, with the real issue being that we require it in Durban by Fri, which lead to me getting involved to try and ensure this deadline could be met.

I jumped on a mail between Kayle and members of our team and expressed how critical it is for us to get the fixture to the store on time. Kayle did highlight the extremely tight deadlines and after talking to the courier company and going out of her way, confirmed that she would be able to delivery the stand by Friday.

In this day and age, I am finding that more often than not, normal service is not a priority, let alone a request of this nature and I wanted to bring this exceptional service to your attention and do a call out on the way Kayle handled this. The way people handle situations like this, says a lot about them as individuals and the company they represent.
